Lecture “US Elections 2020: Questions and Perspectives”

CEDLAW CEDLAW organized an online lecture  and discussion on the results of the US 2020 election with Professor and Mertie Buckman Chair of Rhodes College (Memphis, USA), Nikolaos Zahariadis, on Friday November 6, 2020 at 19.30 – 21.30 (Greece time). Director of CEDLAW and Assoc. Professor Ioannis Papadopoulos intervened with comments, while the discussion was coordinated by the Head of Operations and Research of CEDLAW, Dr. Alexandros Kyriakidis. The lecture was held in Greek, and was open to the public, (no registration required). It and was streamed live on CEDLAW’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/kediduom), and there was the option of submitting questions through Facebook comments to the main speaker.

Nikolaos Zachariadis has lived and worked in the USA for over 40 years, having served as a Professor at the University of Alabama, New York University, Georgia University, and Rhodes College, to name a few. He has published books and articles in academic journals on the issues of public policy, the European Union, Greece, crisis politics, etc.
